Young artists turn everyday shapes into stories
Paper, paint and imagination became a lively lesson in colour, language and collaboration.
From our school community
Our early-years artists began with simple paper shapes and a question: what could these become?
Children planned pictures, mixed colours and explained their ideas to friends. The activity strengthened fine-motor control and vocabulary while leaving plenty of room for original thinking.
The finished pieces now bring a cheerful burst of colour to the learning space.
