It was founded in 2022. It first started as a summer school and later transformed into a main school using the British National Curriculum. The focus of Kedland is to create a paradigm shift from route learning where children learn through recitals to an inquiry-based learning that ignites
research and understanding of principles and concepts.

My name is Nancy Essien. I am a Medical Counter Assistant. I am also the preschool Sick Bay
nurse and double as a caregiver. Working as a child caregiver in a preschool is both rewarding and challenging. It involves providing a safe and nurturing environment where young children can learn, play and grow.
My role as a care giver includes supporting the emotional and social development of the child, guiding them through activities that promotes learning as well as helping them with basic life skills. I also work closely with parents to communicate each child’s progress and addresses concerns.
Every day presents new opportunities to make a positive impact on a child’s early development,
fostering a sense of curiosity, creativity and confidence.
Again, working as a sick bay nurse, I provide immediate care for minor injuries and ailments,
ensuring the well-being of the kids and staffs. I assess and manage common colds and headaches,
bruises and give over the counter medications. I administer appropriate treatments to minor
symptoms and provide comfort to the kids. I also encourage and help maintain a safe, clean
environment and communicate with parents and staff about any health concerns, ensuring a
proactive approach to kids and staff health and safety.

Nicholina Dzifa Kwabla is my name. I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, an Advance Diploma in Journalism and a Diploma in Early Childhood Development. I am currently the Nursery two (2) teacher in Kedland International School.

Mrs. Juanita N.N Addo is an experienced Early Years Practitioner at Kedland International School. With a childcare career that began in 1999, she has spent over two decades nurturing and guiding young children through their early development.
She finds her work deeply rewarding, knowing she plays a vital role in helping each child achieve their full potential. Mrs. Addo believes every child is unique, with their own personality and path, and she is committed to creating a warm, supportive, and engaging learning environment.
She holds a B.Ed. in Early Years Education and an Early Years Certificate from the University of Education, Winneba (UEW), along with the Greater Accra Regional Certificate in Social Welfare. She is also a proud member of Tes Global Education.
In her classroom, Mrs. Addo emphasizes small class sizes, quality lessons, and a friendly atmosphere to ensure each child receives the attention and care they deserve.
